Winter Park Christmas 2007

Christmas in Winter Park, Colorado!

We all met this Christmas in Winter Park. Brian came up from Denver and we drove from Lewisville & Flower Mound. We stayed in a Condo at Silverado II%u226.which Allie called: the login (the Lodge) and the tondo-lithium (the Condominium) We did a lot of eating and resting. It seems that we all suffered from the altitude this year, though. It was very cold outside! Jim and Stacey skied one day and then they were pooped! Allie, Jim and Stacey loved the Children%u219s Sliding Hill in Downtown Winter Park. They had a super time even in the cold. It snowed every day and then really snowed the morning that we left! Travel through Denver was near white-out at times and there were many, many accidents happening around us! Jim did a terrific job staying out of harms way and we managed to avoid any collisions. We also encountered a lot of ice in Kansas. We left Winter Park about 8:30am and arrived home at about 1:30am. It was a very long drive! It was great to all be together for Christmas.
